THE NATURAL ORDER OF ETERNAL LIGHT (N.O.E.L) Anthony Stone was born into a midwestern town to Joseph and Mary Stone. Anthony was the only child of the religious couple and he was raised in an environment filled with love and discipline. When his powers manifested in his early teens his father saw it as a sign that God had picked his son for a very special mission. Anthony already held his father's disdain of mutants and aliens so it was easy for his father to manipulate the young boy into believing that it was his destiny to purge the Earth of Lucifer's work, i.e. mutants and aliens. To prove to himself more than anyone else Joseph took Anthony to PRIMUS to see if he was a mutant but all scans returned negative. Anthony was neither an alien or mutant according to the scans and so the purge began. Joseph collected donations from wealthy individuals concerned for the welfare of America. It is rumored that Ross Perot was a contributor to the cause and this greatly affected his standings in the 1992 Presidential Elections. Armed with the money Anthony made contacts in Genocide and obtained some prototype weapons from them. He then began The Atomic Foundation which improved the weapons and designed the battlesuits worn by the Saints. The EPA closed down The Atomic Foundation in the United States but it continues operations in Brazil and Mexico. Anthony Stone ceased to be Anthony Stone and became Brother Sol in late 1993. He believes himself to be the Son of God and that his father sent him to destroy the devil's minions, mutants and aliens. He cannot be reasoned with and will instantly attack known mutants and aliens. He automatically will scan any person met to see if they are a mutant and will act accord- ingly. He is currently working on a reliable alien scanner and hopes to have prototypes by early 1995. Also on his agenda are Mutant Dampeners and Robots programmed to destroy mutants and aliens. Rumors that he has obtained the plans of the Minuteman series robots are abundant. Brother Sol makes no exceptions to the rule that all mutants and aliens are to be destroyed and will attack children and the elderly to accomplish his mission. Brother Sol is also interested in capturing some mutants, especially children, in hopes that the devil's touch can be removed. Brother Sol gets along well with Genocide and the Pure Earth League but does not believe that they are doing enough. He is an adamant opponent of VIPER who has created many of the mutants Brother Sol now hunts down. Mechanon sees him as a person likely to kill many organics and hence has decided to let him live for now. Although he has some allies in PRIMUS and SAT this agencies must oppose him publicly. Brother Sol is constantly surrounded by a golden glow. He dresses in white robes with a golden cross on the chest. He is 6' tall and weighs a slim 165 pounds. His hair is golden blonde and his eyes are completely gold. The Saints are his field commanders and personal bodyguards. They wear modern armor made to look like plate armor. The suits are white with a golden cross on the chest. His Flock dresses in white robes with a silver cross on the chest.
